DeltaSolar APP: How to update the Network Settings

In the event of a router/password changeover, the network settings of the inverter need to be updated to maintain cloud connectivity. Please follow the below steps to update your inverter network settings.

Please note that the below process is only for updating router settings, not for a new registration of an inverter on the cloud.

Press Sign-In and quick access
Sign-in and quick access
Local Monitoring
Select device to change router details (Data collector if available or Inverter if there is no Data Collector onsite)
Press Set
Turn Off mobile data when connecting to the inverter directly
Await for connection to complete – the app may request the Wi-Fi password of the inverter which was selected at installation
Local Connection page -> Local Setting
Press Network
Press Connect to Internet
Press Scan
Select the Wi-Fi Router (a good signal is between ~-30dBm and -65dBm). Weaker signals (worse than -70dBm) may not be successful in connection
Type in the password of the router and click Connect. Await for the Inverter to reconnect to the router. Please note to see data on the cloud it may take up to 15mins
