The DC injection failure error message is displayed when the DC component of of the AC side is too high. This can be fixed with a Firmware Upgrade.

- If you don’t have a ‘Solivia Service Kit’ already, submit an RMA by clicking here.
- If you have have the service kit then to upgrade the firmware click here and follow the instructions
The DC injection failure issue should now be resolved.
